Corpa Café on Corporation Road, Newport, was crowned the winner of the 'Best Customer Service Award' at the inaugural South Wales Community Awards on October 23.
Owner Ferhat Sacan said: "It was a truly joyful night at the South Wales Community Awards, and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who nominated us for the Best Customer Service Award -- it truly means the world to us.
"This recognition reflects the amazing community we serve every day, and we're honoured to be a part of it.
"We're proud of this achievement, but we're not stopping here; we'll keep pushing ourselves to grow, improve, and deliver the very best experience possible.

The award, sponsored by The Black Prince, acknowledges businesses that go the extra mile to ensure clients return time and time again.

Corpa Café managed to beat other contenders Robertson IP and Arian Care to the top spot.
Known for its Turkish cuisine, the café was recently named the "Best Turkish Café in Wales."
The café's signature touch, the complimentary Turkish soup served with meals, is a reflection of its commitment to going above and beyond.
The awards, sponsored by Camp Fantastic and Newsquest Media Group, in partnership with the South Wales Argus and Western Telegraph, honour those who have made a difference by saving lives, caring for others, raising large amounts for charity, or positively impacting their communities.
Categories included Best Independent Business of the Year, Volunteer or Fundraiser of the Year, and Sports Team or Club of the Year.
The awards ceremony offers an opportunity to recognise those often unseen heroes in the community.
All nominees have demonstrated a commitment to making a difference in their community, whether through their work, volunteering, or fundraising efforts.
