Charlie Sheen has revealed in his new Netflix documentary that he was so high in the '90s that he had to put an ice cube inside his rectum to stay awake at work.
The actor, now 60, has opened up about his notorious battle with alcohol and substance abuse in the two-part series - aka Charlie Sheen.
His drug abuse was so extreme on the set of 1998 film Free Money that he had to take an unusual step to simply stay awake after the director noticed he was constantly falling asleep.
The actor said: 'That had never happened before.
'I said, "Give me a glass of ice" and I said, "I'll be right back." There was a little bathroom, and I went in there, and I took an ice cube and I shoved it up my butt.
'Never done that before. And, man, I was wide awake just enough to get back on the mark and finish the scene.'

This was not the only incident that took place while filming the flick, but Charlie also suffered an 18-hour nosebleed because of his heavy cocaine use.
He said: 'I got an 18-hour nosebleed from doing too much cocaine.
'I just kept kind of blotting it. There was one night where it actually dripped onto my shirt during a scene. I got the director, Brett Ratner, to make that shot go away forever. And he did, because we've never seen it, right?'
Despite his struggles, Charlie was able to finally give up alcohol and drugs in 2017 - and he has been single and celibate ever since.
But the former Two And A Half Men star - who has been married three times - still hopes to find love again in the future.
He told New York Post column PageSix: 'If I don't have a girlfriend and I'm not paying for it, then I think the math is pretty simple. The math is pretty simple ... Oh my gosh, for so long [sex] was all I cared about, or it was near the top of the priority list.
'And so I just saw [celibacy] as a needed break from those pursuits. That's not me slamming the door on anything in the future. No, I would absolutely welcome some type of companionship.'

Charlie was previously married to Donna Peele in the 1990s. And he was wed to actress Denise Richards between 2002 and 2006.
His third marriage to Brooke Mueller lasted from 2002 until 2006.
He is dad to five children from his previous relationships - Cassandra, 40, with ex Paula Profit, daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, with Denise, and 16-year-old twin sons Bob and Max with Brooke.
Opening up about his marriage to Brooke - who also suffered from drug problems - Charlie admitted she's now doing well. And the former couple's rocky past doesn't impact their current situation.
He told the publication: '[Brooke is] doing great. Our kids deserve better than [to] read about a bunch of stuff that happened, but that doesn't really inform any part of how we all function currently.'
Back in June 2016, Charlie revealed he contracted HIV after having unprotected sex with two people.
He said: 'I was always the guy that promoted it and said you've got to use condoms, this and that,' he said, adding 'I was too drunk or too bored one night and here we are.'
While he publicly disclosed his diagnosis in the November before, the former Two And A Half Men star is still adjusting to his predicament.
'People say, 'What does it feel like to be the face of HIV?'. I'm like, 'Euugh, unintentional'. But if that's the reality of it, then so be it.'
The actor used his diagnosis as a starting point to start turning his life around.
The actor added that he feels lucky to be alive and hopes he's got a bright future ahead of him.
He said: 'This story should've ended 100 times 20 years ago, and it didn't. And it didn't. So whatever happens next might be just where some of the real gold has been hidden, you know?'
