The hospice, which supports those with life-limiting illnesses, is hosting its Santa Dash and Christmas Market.
There will also be opportunities for reflection at the Light up a Life events, and the Lower Morden Lane Christmas lights are also back again.
Samantha Bourne, St Raphael's events and community fundraising manager, said: "These events mean so much to our Hospice. Whether you take a moment of reflection at Light up a Life, join the laughter of our Santa Dash, soak up the wonders of our Christmas Market, or simply marvel at the lights of Lower Morden Lane - your support helps us continue our vital palliative and end-of-life care when it is needed most."
The Christmas market will be taking place on Saturday, 29 November and Sunday, 30 November, for those who want to get ahead on their Christmas shopping.
Families can also enjoy the return of the enchanting Santa's Grotto, where children can meet Father Christmas and receive a special gift to take home.
Entry to the grotto is £10 per child, with pre-booking required.
Taking place at the hospice's onsite St Bede's Centre, the Christmas market is "the perfect way to start the holiday season and purchase those special Christmas gifts" said the hospice.
Entry to the market is £3, with all proceeds from ticket sales going to the hospice.
Children under 16 go free.
The hospice will also be holding its Light up a Life events, which it describes as "two special evenings of candlelight, carols, and readings - a time for comfort, reflection and the celebration of loved ones who hold a special place in our hearts and are so fondly remembered at this time of year".
These will take place on Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7.
The Santa Dash will be happening on Sunday, December 14, with early bird tickets available now.
The hospice said: "Join the jolliest fun run of the year and be one of hundreds of Santas dashing through Nonsuch Park.
"Whether you run, walk or dance your way through the route, festive fun is guaranteed.
"Tickets include your Santa suit and a medal at the finish line."
Lower Morden Lane, in Merton, will also be lighting up for the entire month of December.
The hospice said this is a "dazzling local tradition" and said: "Throughout the month, Lower Morden Lane in Merton will once again shine with spectacular displays, as neighbours transform the Lane into a winter wonderland."
Ms Bourne added: "With only 25% of our funding provided by the NHS, it is the generosity of our incredible community in Merton and Sutton that enables us to be here for patients and their families - this Christmas and beyond."
