"The gravity of the situation has compelled the Hyderabad District Recognised Schools Management Association and the Telangana Recognised School Management Associations to approach the high court. The HC, in an identical set of circumstances, has been pleased to set aside the proceedings initiated by the district education officer. Hyderabad and other officers of the education department," he said, and attached the copies of court orders and writ petitions.Owaisi urged the CIC to take up the issue on priority, citing the alleged widespread harassment faced by the educational institutions.
