Observed sliced cheese and portioned macaroni salad, time/temperature control for safety foods, located in the refrigerators and held more than 24 hours, is not being marked with the date it was opened. Meat slicer, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch.

Food, a potentially hazardous ready to eat food requiring datemarking, walk-in area, was not date marked. Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the kitchen area. Corrected by adding paper towel to dispenser. Observed toxic material not clearly labeled with a manufacturer's label.
