It comes after a 77-year-old Lymington woman was killed at the same location on August 24 2024.
As reported in the Daily Echo, pedestrian Dianne Roebuck was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit by a blue Vauxhall Meriva.

Speaking to the Daily Echo, Cllr Davies said crashes were occurring at the junction of the A337 and South Street.
"It's very unsafe to turn right because the A337 has become significantly busier in recent years and engineering at the junction has not caught up," he said.
"The safer option is to turn left and use the roundabout at Pennington Cross, but people don't like doing that because it's not convenient."

Cllr Davies said the county council should investigate potential solutions and how they could be funded.
A county council spokesperson added: "We are sorry to hear of the recent incident and our thoughts are with the families of those involved.
"We will always focus our resources on locations where there is evidence that installing new highway and traffic measures will significantly improve road safety, taking into consideration all relevant local factors.
"We are currently working with the police to establish further details of this particular incident."
Cllr Davies is also demanding improvements to a "chaotic" T-junction at the bottom of Lymington High Street.
Speaking at a town council meeting, he cited the dangers faced by people with limited mobility trying to cross the end of Captain's Row.
