Over 40 men completed health MOTs during a community event focused on improving men's health.
The event was held at Health on the High Street in Aylesbury to mark International Men's Day and featured a range of health checks, advice, and resources from 13 local teams and charities.
In addition to those who completed MOTs, around 30 visitors requested information about pre-booked NHS health checks, made future appointments, and access information for themselves and their families.
Raghuv Bhasin, chief executive of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, said: "This recent event showcased the power of community collaboration.
"It was great to see so many local groups working alongside our Trust teams to bring health services and advice to residents on the high street.
"This approach is central to our strategy and mission of helping people live healthier lives."
The event was also supported by Buckinghamshire Council Leader Steven Broadbent, who also had a health check, and Cabinet Member for Health & Wellbeing Councillor Isobel Darby.
Feedback from attendees was positive, with one describing it as 'a really good event with lots of relevant teams to talk to.'
One visitor highlighted the value of outreach, saying: "It was really helpful having the team outside the unit to explain what was going on and encourage men to come in and find out more."
The event aimed to improve health outcomes by raising awareness, encouraging engagement, and making services more accessible to men in the community.
