Hull City striker Oli McBurnie admits he's looking forward to a Christmas where he gets to spend some time with his family, amid a hectic period with the Tigers.
Boss Sergej Jakirovic has given the players Christmas Day off to spend with their families with the players then getting together on Boxing Day morning to make the short journey to South Yorkshire for the big derby with Sheffield Wednesday.
McBurnie, who recently celebrated the birth of his second child, is hoping for some golfing-related gifts from Santa Claus on Christmas Day, before attention turns to he big clash at Hillsborough and making sure he gets into the Steel City without being spotted by the blue and white side of it.
"On my Christmas list, I just said to my Mrs, get me anything to do with golf, like golf stuff, I can't really go wrong with golf, and then the in-laws. I just said just get the kids' stuff," he told Hull Live. "I'm not really too fussed about presents.
"Christmas has never really been a thing for me. We're always in Christmas Day. Like last year was one of the first Christmas I've ever had off because I was in Spain, so we've got five or six days off, so I came back home.
"Before that, ever since I've been 17, I've always been in at Christmas, and when I mean Christmas, I've been in Swansea or somewhere that's nowhere near home, away from family. We've usually done something on the 21st, like a fake Christmas.
"On Christmas Day, 90 per cent of the time I'll stay in a hotel like ready for the game. We've got Christmas Day off, so obviously we're in Sheffield, I just need to work out the logistics.
"I might still go and stay in Sheffield on the night of Christmas. When the kids are in bed and then just go. I'll go to the red side of Sheffield, the red hotels in Sheffield and stay out of the way.
"That'll be me this year, but it'll be nice for the kids and stuff. The kids are getting a little bit older where they can kind of understand Christmas and stuff, so that'll be nice this year."
