Joanne D. Ripp, age 95, passed away on December 23, 2024, at Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson. She was born on March 6, 1929, in St. Cloud, Minnesota to parents Louis and Alice (Iverson) Pedersen.
Joanne loved reading and caring for the books in the libraries where she resided throughout her life. She also enjoyed riding on the back of her son's Harley. She stayed active by walking, sometimes walking several miles.
Joanne is survived by her son Bill (Lisa D'Amico); 2 grandchildren Joelene and Brandon; and her brother Hugh (Bonnie) Pedersen. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Harold; daughter Conni; son Mike; and her brother Robert.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Agrace Hospice and to the entire staff at Reena Senior Living for their care of Joanne.
A private burial will be held at Norway Grove Cemetery.
