History beckons for Lambourn in the Leger - but the Derby hero could be caught in a speed trap

It's not often you see a Derby winner lining up in the St Leger, and it's now 13 years since Aidan O'Brien's failed bid for a Triple Crown with Camelot. He is the only Epsom hero to run in the final Classic this century, which shows how rare it has become.

If Ballydoyle Derby winners are anywhere on this particular day, it is usually Leopardstown, but this time it's Lambourn's vanquished Epsom stablemate Delacroix who goes for the Irish Champion Stakes.

With the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, British Champions Day and Breeders' Cup among the upcoming autumn highlights, can Lambourn resurrect his career by winning the St Leger en route to one of those events?
