Both cards are meta, and among the best at their respective position. The Mike Maignan card in particular will be meta for quite a long time, as we don't get great goalkeeper cards that regularly.
There are a few other great cards in this promo squad, such as Çalhanoğlu, Carpenter, Pedro Gonçalves, and Alvaro Carreras. Most of the remaining cards are fodder, unless you have a squad from a less popular league, such as the Serie B or A-League.
Apart from the top-tier cards, the FC 26 TOTW 7 cards should be quite affordable, as there are plenty of low-rated players in the promo. However, if you are eyeing that Declan Rice or Mike Maignan card, get ready to open your wallet.
