"Wild how strangers can confidently state 'facts' about situations they've never been in and people they don't actually know," Salley, 30, wrote via her Instagram Story on Monday, December 1, denying claims she had an affair with a doctor.
"Let me just say, the rumors circulating online about my personal life are completely false," she added. "The only doctor I've ever been involved with was my ex-fiancé and he was well out of his marriage when I met him."
For the uninitiated, last week Salley was called the "textbook 'pick me girl'" via a fan TikTok video after flirting with Craig Conover on the Bravo series.
When a separate user replied in the comments saying, "It's giving Taylor energy," Taylor clapped back and threw a few stones at Salley in the process.
"Totally ... cuz I'm capable of manipulating a doctor into cheating on his wife. Oh and fully dating someone the entire time they were filming this past season while also trying to hook up with both Craig and Austen [Kroll]," Taylor, 31, wrote in the comments section, according to another video shared by Ginnie.
Taylor added: "Que WWHL 'I'm a girls girl, I would never do that to [Paige DeSorbo].' Yeah it's totally giving Taylor energy. Gtfo."
On Monday, Salley also addressed Taylor's claim that she lied about being single while shooting season 11 of Southern Charm, which has already shown Salley fighting with newbie Charley Manley over Craig, 36, and confessing she'd hook up with Austen, 38, as soon as he was done dating now-ex-girlfriend Audrey Pratt.
"Secondly, I did not have a boyfriend while filming this season," Salley alleged before seemingly taking a jab at Taylor. "Thirdly, the person making these accusations needs to shut their mouth before I open mine."
Taylor, for her part, defended her comments via the initial TikTok video.
"Look ... if people are going to continue to tag me in posts comparing me to that girl, yeah I'm going to have something to say. I've taken a lot of heat being compared to people, but I draw the line with this one," Taylor clapped back, according to a screenshot shared by Ginnie via TikTok on Monday.
Taylor explained, "I stepped away from the show for a reason and considering everything I went through, during and after I had already admitted to my mistakes, I'm extremely proud of how far I've come and I will not stand for this type of comparison."
She reminded fans that she is "no longer involved with Southern Charm," but insisted she "left in good standing."
Taylor noted that she is currently focused on trying to "grow and focus on my life, happiness and new business."
She concluded by asking users to "please stop tagging me" in posts about Salley, calling her "a narcissistic and desperate newcomer."
Taylor, meanwhile, began dating Salley's ex-boyfriend Gaston Rojas in October 2023. Their crossover boyfriend connections made their season together rocky from the start.
Taylor exclusively told Us in December 2024 that Salley's presence on the show was "not an issue between Gaston and I," calling Salley's actions similar to "that annoying gnat where you're like, 'Just get out of here. Stop. Just stop.'"
After Salley allegedly trash talked Gaston throughout season 10, Taylor confirmed during the April reunion that she and Salley were not friends.
"You came in and infiltrated and leveraged my fractured friendship with the girls," Taylor claimed at the time, arguing, "[Gaston's] not this a**hole that you make him out to be."
Salley fired back, "He was an a**hole to me."
One week later, Taylor announced her Southern Charm exit after five years on the show. Salley, meanwhile, returned for her sophomore season in November.
