SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- Two people have been arrested in connection with a string of vandalisms in northern Suffolk.
According to officials, in the month of April, several people reported having their car windows smashed. Following an investigation, the following two people were arrested:
* 20-year-old Dalton Adkins, arrested on Oct. 30
* 19-year-old Kennedy Miller, arrested on April 25
