Kane and The Undertaker have high praise for Pete Rose.
Pete Rose is known by wrestling fans for making various appearances in WWE after retiring from his Baseball career. Notably, Rose first appeared for the company at WrestleMania XIV, serving as a guest ring announcer for the match between The Undertaker and Kane. Kane would end up giving Rose a tombstone piledriver.
While rewatching their match for the latest episode of WWE Playblack, both Undertaker and Kane praised Pete Rose, saying that he was a great showman.
The Undertaker: You took great care of him. I'm just saying.
Kane: Yeah it looked good. Pete's awesome. He's a great showman, actually. He was great.
The Undertaker: Yeah, he really was.
At age 83, Rose sadly passed away back in September 2024.
