A woman has spent around £20,000 plumping up her pout - but this isn't the only cost she's suffered in her quest to get the "world's biggest lips".
Andrea Ivanova has had hyaluronic acid injections in the chin, jawline and cheekbones, as well as a breast augmentation operation with 600cc silicone implants. What's more, she gets lip filler every single month without fail. The 28-year-old has lost count of how many times she's got injected and spends hundreds each month on appointments.
However, these many cosmetic procedures come with their drawbacks. Not only are there risks that come with getting work done, Andrea now struggles to find doctors who will go near her.
This is particularly dangerous when she's not well - including when she was left in "severe pain" with a cracked tooth earlier this year.
After visiting multiple dentists, Andrea wasn't able to get the problem fixed.
She said at the time: "They just said they didn't want to work on my tooth given that I have such big lips. It's clear they feel disgust and mockery towards me."
That's not all either - as Andrea struggles to get someone to do her fillers because they look so dangerous.
While she used to pay £150 to get the jabs, she's now splashing out £450 to visit a doctor in a different city.
This adds up to an extra £3,600 per year - but Andrea isn't letting the financial strain deter her.
The former psychology student, from Bulgaria, said: "All the aesthetic doctors in my city refuse to give me new fillers.
"They all thought it was too much and worried about necrotising my lips because it can cut off blood flow.
"A lot of them are worried about their reputation.
"My last doctor said my lips were ugly and he blamed himself for the way they looked.
"I didn't answer back, as I don't want to argue. So I just found a different doctor."
Even though the influencer's family and fans have warned her about the risks of getting such huge lips, she refuses to let these fears stop her.
She added: "I will never give up on lip augmentation.
"My family doesn't like these procedures - they consider them harmful - but they are important for me.
"As well as adding volume to the face, they also add hydration and keep the tissue fresh.
"I've not had any allergic reactions to the fillers so far, as my body tolerates it well.
"My new doctor doesn't mind giving me more, so I will continue to go to him.
"If I have to go abroad in the future, then I will. I won't ever stop."
