Did Tamra Judge quit 'Real Housewives' while filming in New Orleans? Here's what to know.

Tamra Judge's Instagram stories imply she might have left "Real Housewives of Orange County" while filming in New Orleans.

The "Real Housewives" fandom is abuzz after longtime Orange County cast member Tamra Judge cryptically hinted she was leaving the Bravo reality show while the cast and crew were filming in New Orleans.

On Sunday, Judge, 57, shared an Instagram story implying she needed to focus on matters outside of the long-running show, Us Weekly reported.

"It was a long run! When life gives you real problems this reality s -- doesn't make sense. Peace out ... I'm out," the Instagram story reportedly read.

Judge has been a part of the "RHOC" cast since season 3 in 2008, briefly leaving in season 14 in 2019 before returning for season 17 in 2023.

Cast members were filming a trip in New Orleans, with several residents posting sightings of the girl gang on social media, when Judge posted her story. The RHOC crew walked in the Barkus parade Saturday.

"Housewives" host and executive producer Andy Cohen implied Monday on his Sirius XM radio show, Radio Andy, that Judge's potential exit was related to being there to support Teddi Mellencamp, her friend and "Two Ts in a Pod" podcast co-host, as she navigates health issues.

Mellencamp recently announced she is going to have surgery to remove brain tumors, multiple news outlets reported.

"I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends, if not her best friend, is going through an incredibly intense health crisis," Cohen said "So maybe keep that in mind, otherwise I really don't have anything to say on the subject."
