Former three-time Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight title challenger Yoel Romero is making his highly anticipated bare-knuckle boxing debut tomorrow night (Fri., Sept. 12, 2025) when he takes on Theo Doukas in the "Featured" bout of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) 80: Perdomo vs. Adams 2, inside Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
The two fighters faced off at the BKFC 80 ceremonial weigh-ins, and Romero -- still an absolute physical specimen at 48 -- looked ready to make an immediate impact in the promotion.

Since his release from the UFC in late 2020, Romero has competed five times in Bellator and PFL, then went on to destroy two opponents under the Dirty Boxing banner (watch highlights).
