Three people died, and another person was injured in a head-on collision in Washington County just before 9 a.m. on Monday morning, KCRG reports.The Iowa State Patrol said it happened in the 1700 block of IA-1 when the driver of a Buick Park Avenue, which was heading southbound, tried to pass a snowplow.The vehicle crossed the center line into the northbound lane and crashed head-on with a Nissan Rogue.Officials said both the drivers of both vehicles and the front passenger of the Nissan were killed on impact. A fourth person was also injured in the crash.The names of the people involved in the crash have not been released at this time."
