JEWETT - The Snook boys basketball team defeated Leon 57-42 on Tuesday.
Max Carter scored 24 points for the Bluejays (5-0) who are competing in the Bruceville-Eddy tournament this weekend. The game was tied after a quarter, but Snook outscored Leon 22-7 in the second quarter.
Bud Moore added 11 points followed by Brett Withem 8, Jeremiah Curry 5, John Carr 4, Brayden Macik 3, Robert Carter 2.
