Dumped waste can be seen in the centre of Sadler's Farm roundabout off the A130, a busy, traffic-prone roundabout connecting Canvey, Benfleet and Pitsea.
Photos show several piles of dumped materials and waste, including a pile of metal and two piles of wood, with additional rubbish scattered around the roundabout.

The site lies on the border of Basildon Council and Castle Point Council, with the former stepping up to take responsibility and investigate the piled waste dumped by an unknown body.
Jonathan White, 49, is a resident living on Canvey, who noticed the fly-tipped rubbish on the roundabout whilst driving through the area.
He said: "I was just driving past and noticed huge heaps of rubbish and all sorts piled up on the roundabout.

"Fly tipping seems to be happening everywhere, but that much dumped in the middle of a roundabout seems ludicrous.
"The council should be doing more to crack down on fly tippers - they disgrace our public spaces, just dumping their mess for someone else to clear up."
The mess at Sadler's Farm is among the ongoing issue of fly tipping across the borough, with huge piles of dangerously discarded waste found on Burnt Mills Industrial Estate just this week.
The Sadler's Farm roundabout lies within the responsibility of Basildon Council, who have expressed interest in clearing the rubbish and tackling fly tipping across the borough.
A council spokesperson said: "We are investigating and will be clearing the waste as a matter of urgency. We will appeal to any residents who has information to get in touch - the information provided will be treated in confidence.
"Fly-tipping is a criminal offence which as a council and a borough we abhor and have a zero-tolerance approach to. Residents are also being reminded that they could incur a fine of £1,000 even if they did not dump the waste themselves.
"The council has teamed up with Keep Britain Tidy for its 'Fight Fly-tipping Fortnight' campaign which is clamping down on rogue operators."
