A 'family man' who killed his victim in a one-punch attack has been convicted by jurors.
Tony Marsden punched David Fox with such force that the victim was left immediately unconscious.
Mr Fox suffered a fracture to his skull when his head hit the ground and never woke up.
Most of the attack was captured on CCTV, with Marsden appearing to put his victim into the recovery position before walking off.
Jurors unanimously convicted the defendant of manslaughter following a trial at Derby Crown Court.
They spent five hours considering their verdict.

The 55-year-old will be sentenced on Friday, March 21, DerbyshireLive reports.
Judge Shaun Smith KC told defence barrister Clive Stockwell: "It is no secret that he will be going to prison but he's a 55-year-old man with no previous convictions and a family and, in my judgement, it would be cruel to simply say "let's sentence him today".
"He has had bail throughout and I will hand him bail and give him time to sort things out.
"I am perfectly happy to give him that opportunity and he will get bail today.
"Marsden, you will be going to prison but it's a question of for how long."
The trial heard how Mr Fox was hit in the face in Green Lane, Derby, at 12.13pm on Monday, July 3, 2023
The 57-year-old victim - who also lived in Green Lane - was rushed to hospital.
But he never regained consciousness and his life support machine was switched off 12 days after the attack.
Prosecutor Darren Samat said a St Peter's Quarter ranger called 999 after finding Mr Fox unconscious in the street.
A police spokesman said: "He was unconscious in the recovery position and as the paramedics rolled him over his breathing was rattled like he was snoring.
"EMAS removed his clothing and placed him on a stretcher.
"He remained unconscious but was breathing on his own but at 1.20pm, he stopped breathing, was sedated and was taken to the Royal Derby Hospital.
"The defendant was identified by a CCTV trawl and information from shop assistants, members of the public and construction workers in the vicinity.
"The defendant's car was identified and Marsden was located inside the vehicle.
"He had attempted to change his appearance by putting an orange hoody on and his mobile phone was found under the driver's seat of the vehicle and he was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent."
A CT scan on Mr Fox showed he had a major bleed to the brain and he was transferred to the Queen's Medical Centre, in Nottingham, as there were concerns he would need neurosurgery.
The force spokesman said: "Prior to the assault the victim and Marsden had a verbal altercation which was partially captured on CCTV and took place a few metres from the scene in Green Lane, close to the junction of Victoria Street.
"Mr Fox can be seen with a walkie talkie in each hand and is seen speaking to Marsden on a construction site.
"Marsden then walks through the construction site onto Becketwell Lane, past Eagle Cars in Macklin Street and then turn into Green Lane.
"The victim starts to walk up Green Lane and he has both hands in his pockets and his head down.
"Marsden is seen walking down Green Lane with purpose towards him.
"He has both hands out of his pockets. He moves quickly towards Mr Fox and as he gets close takes his left hand towards the victim's neck.
"He then moves his right hand towards his face to protect himself as Marsden moves his right arm up with a clenched fist and punches him once to the head.
"He quickly falls backwards hitting his head on the ground and immediately loses consciousness.
"Marsden returns to the victim and looks at him whilst he is on the floor then picks up a vodka bottle which is at the side of David and drops the item down the drain.
"Marsden then starts to walk away, looks backwards before stopping and turning around.
"Mr Fox is still motionless on the floor. Marsden goes back towards Mr Fox, and he appears to roll him onto his right side, into what looks like a recovery position before walking away down Green Lane."
Marsden, of Lockett Drive, Kirk Langley, gave evidence during his trial and claimed he was acting in self-defence.
