Julie Su Pitches Biden Labor Agenda as 'Better for Business'

Businesses complying with Biden-era rules on overtime, independent contractor status, retirement investing, and other policy areas expected to be overhauled by the incoming Trump administration should largely be on solid legal ground by staying put, outgoing Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su said.

Companies wary of altering their business practices or that prefer those Biden-era policies won't necessarily have to change course, Su said in an interview with Bloomberg Law.
