The leader of Bulgarian party GERB stated that neither Delyan Peevski will take over the Neftochim refinery, nor will Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev take it over.
We are waiting for President Radev to make a decision - to veto or to pass the law. We have a name for a special manager at Lukoil, which has been agreed with our partners.
This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borissov to journalists in parliament after the president said that a special commercial manager (OTU) should have been appointed at the Burgas refinery on October 23, BGNES reports.
His only role is to either veto or approve it, not to give us advice. I know why he did it, he was annoyed by a letter I sent him confidentially, Borissov added without giving details.
I can assure President Radev that all our actions are coordinated with the European Commission, OPAC, and the US Department of Energy. So the only thing I ask is for him to make a decision, Borissov added.
According to him, if Radev does not impose a veto, a special administrator will be appointed immediately.
Everything is calm -- we have gasoline for six months, diesel for four, and kerosene for two months, explained the leader of GERB.
Borissov was adamant that Peevski would not take over the refinery, nor would Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev. Everything will be agreed with our partners - both in Europe and America, Boiko Borissov assured. | BGNES
