In just a few days, Coldplay will conclude the Music of the Spheres World Tour - or at least that's how things seemed at first. The band recently announced that the second-highest-grossing concert trek of all time - and just the second to surpass $1 billion at the box office - will pick back up again in 2027.
For now, the run will wrap on September 12. The group returned to the United Kingdom, its home country, to play final dates at Wembley Stadium in London this week. Coldplay's music has been performing especially well in the U.K. for several frames now, as the band's singles and albums have been climbing. Multiple titles return this week as anticipation for the last nights - for a year, anyway - and excitement around everything connected to Coldplay grows to a fever pitch.
Four Coldplay songs return to the U.K. charts this frame. Two reappear on one list apiece, while another pair make it to two rankings each. "Adventure of a Lifetime" is back at No. 94 on the Official Singles Downloads chart. "All My Love" narrowly reenters the Official Physical Singles ranking at No. 99, in second-to-last place.
Both "We Pray" and "Paradise" break back onto two tallies, though not the same two. "We Pray," once again a top 40 hit, finds space at No. 40 on the Official Vinyl Singles chart and No. 45 on the Official Physical Singles ranking. "Paradise" sneaks back onto the Official Singles Downloads chart at No. 86 and also returns at No. 94 on the Official Singles Sales roster.
All four of those songs have reached the top 10 on every chart they've appeared on -- except in one instance. "Paradise" only managed to climb to No. 36 on the Official Singles Sales chart, though it did conquer the downloads list, which it rejoins this frame.
The quartet of returning cuts joins half a dozen other Coldplay favorites currently charting in the U.K. "Yellow," "Sparks," "Viva La Vida," "The Scientist," "A Sky Full of Stars," and "Fix You" are all present, with most climbing on several rosters at once.
