DANVILLE -- Dana Rowland, who joined Vermilion Advantage in June of 2023, has been promoted by CEO Mike Marron to lead the Vermilion County Chamber of Commerce.
Rowland was originally hired as an administrative assistant and worked her way up through the organization. The Chamber plays a role in Vermilion County by hosting networking events, providing support services to member businesses, and advocating on their behalf at the local, state, and national levels.
"Dana has always shown excellence in her work, planning and coordinating all our Chamber events and functions,'' Marron said. "You give her a task, and it is done the right way. She is the perfect choice to run Vermilion Advantage's Chamber efforts."
