OnRamp: $15 Million Series A Raised to Expand AI Capabilities And Accelerate Growth

OnRamp, a Boston-based intelligent customer onboarding and engagement platform, announced it has raised $15 million in Series A funding led by Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), with participation from existing investors Contour, Javelin, Pear, and others. This round brings the company's total funding to $27 million.

The funding will support the expansion of its AI-driven customer engagement platform, hiring initiatives, and continued presence in Boston's technology ecosystem with the opening of a 6,000-square-foot office in early 2026.

Founded in 2020, OnRamp has rapidly emerged as a trusted partner for enterprise customer success teams, counting three of the Fortune 15 companies among its clients. The company has reported more than 100% year-over-year growth and significant performance improvements among its customers, including a 60% reduction in onboarding time and near-perfect completion rates for some clients. Its platform enables enterprises to automate workflows, reduce churn, and accelerate revenue realization through intelligent onboarding and engagement processes.

The company recently launched AI Summaries within its Insights and Views features, providing a new intelligence layer that enhances visibility and data organization. Using AI, the feature can analyze any report to automatically generate written insights, recommendations, and visualizations, uncovering patterns that would otherwise remain hidden. This launch lays the groundwork for an expanded suite of AI-powered onboarding capabilities that OnRamp plans to introduce through 2025 and 2026.

Koch Disruptive Technologies' participation in this round signals growing confidence in OnRamp's role in reshaping enterprise customer engagement. The company's leadership emphasized that this milestone will allow OnRamp to scale both its technology and operations to meet increasing market demand for AI-enabled customer success tools.

Hundreds of companies already rely on OnRamp to streamline customer adoption, enhance engagement, and transform onboarding into a measurable revenue engine. The platform enables organizations to speed time-to-value, reduce churn, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
