(WJAR) -- Jury selection for the Brian Walshe murder trial begins on Tuesday.
The Cohasset, Massachusetts father is accused of killing his wife, Ana, two years ago.
This all started as a missing person investigation, and soon became a murder case.
Walshe was initially charged with misleading police in connection to Ana Walshe's disappearance.
She was last seen on New Year's Day 2023. But prosecutors say Ana wasn't reported missing until four days later.
Investigators say Brian killed and dismembered her... court documents allege he believed Ana was having an affair, and that he was the sole beneficiary of her $2.7 million life insurance plan.
Troubling evidence also revealed he Google-searched how to dispose of a body, and how long surveillance video is kept.
One big point Walshe's defense will likely focus on during the trial: Ana's remains have never been found.
