The seven wonders of the world: the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Colossus of Rhodes, Hanging Garden of Babylon, Lighthouse of Alexandria, Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Statue of Zeus and the Temple Of Artemis.
The seven wonders of St. Cloud? That's an interesting question and one that I suppose is up for debate.
If it were up to me, I'd say the Prison Wall and Selke Field should be on the list, Munsinger Gardens, Quarry Park, Val's Hamburgers and Clark Field would be on the list.
But that is only six wonders, you say. HOW DARE YOU TEASE US WITH SEVEN WONDERS THEN GIVE US ONLY SIX, you type.
The seventh wonder of St. Cloud? This massive 'sticker ball' at AirMaxx Trampoline Park on Roosevelt Road. Just look at the size of this thing!
I grabbed a bag of Cheetos for scale, but it still doesn't fully do this behemoth justice somehow.
The employee I spoke to on Tuesday wasn't sure how old the ball was but guessed it was at least ten years old. I remember being in a trampoline dodgeball league there around that time but don't remember the ball being there then. It sure could have been though!
Both of my kids LOVE going to AirMaxx for the jumping, the foam pit and just to run around. However, once they laid eyes on the giant sticker ball it quickly became their favorite part of the visit!
Have you or your kids put your name on the giant sticker ball?
