The OnePlus Pad Go 2 comes across as a much-needed refresh of the original Pad Go with upgrades to the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra SoC with optional 5G, a 2.8K 120 Hz IPS display with stylus support, and a 10,050 mAh battery. The Pad Go 2 has the potential to become a success among the student and casual media consumption crowd provided OnePlus prices it competitively.
So far, OnePlus has offered three generations of its high-end Pad lineup, including the latest OnePlus Pad 3. The budget Pad Go series, however, received little attention since its original debut in late 2023.
OnePlus did offer a Pad Lite in the interim as a stop gap, but we now get to see a proper upgrade with the Pad Go 2.
