1. No raw cruciferous vegetables (e.g. kale, cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower). Cooked is fine.
2. No raw garlic or onions. Cooked is fine. Pickled may be ok.
3. Spice level below 2 jalapeƱos.
Otherwise "salad" is defined broadly. Other greens, root vegetables, pasta, beans, grains, meat, fish, fruit, are all ok. Bonus points if it keeps well for a few days in the fridge. These are sensitivities, not allergies.
