22 Kids and Counting's Sue Radford has revealed her remarkable two-stone weight loss following her recent Florida getaway. The reality star turned to social media to showcase her transformation to her 537,000 followers.
The 50 year old, who features in 22 Kids and Counting and heads Britain's biggest family, revealed to fans that she had bought a pair of trousers earlier this year in size 12, but they now hang loose after dropping the weight.
Captioning the photograph, she penned: "Bought these a little while ago in a size 12. Think I may need to size down now."
Sue expressed that she feels "chuffed" after successfully shedding two stone during the summer period and being able to squeeze back into previous outfits.
She also accomplished the weight loss despite embarking on a family break to Florida in August, reports the Mirror.
Sue confessed that she had gained "so much" weight from consuming "rubbish food" in recent times. Nevertheless, she's transformed from feeling "awful" to being "much more healthy and confident".
Writing on Facebook, she shared: "I never thought I'd ever wear anything like this again but I feel so much more healthier and confident for losing nearly 2 stone.
"I had put on so much just eating rubbish food and felt awful. I'm now back in the 8 stone bracket, which is where I wanted to be, so I'm really chuffed."
Sue displayed herself in a pink Mickey Mouse dress which she confessed she hadn't believed she'd manage to slip into once more. This comes as Sue recently opened up about her health whilst marking her significant 50th birthday this year.
She revealed she's finished having children but isn't certain her body feels the same way.
During an intimate chat with her mate Rebecca, she explained: "So my 50th is coming up, isn't it? As it gets closer, I'm thinking 'Oh my God.'".
Sue admitted: "I feel like my hormones are just crazy. [I'm] kind of thinking, is it the pill that's making me feel a bit bleh? Do I just stop it?".
"And have another one", Rebecca quipped. Sue replied: "Definitely not. Oh my gosh, I couldn't even. I could not even think about getting pregnant at 50. Like, who wants that? So maybe we should just go for the no sex life."
Rebecca then put forward a theory that Sue's multiple pregnancies could be postponing the start of menopause. Backing this up, narrator Sally Lindsay observed: "If you do the science, more babies equals fewer periods, equals fewer eggs released."
Sue continued to reveal that she's devised an alternative contraceptive approach she might try. She explained she intended to cease taking the pill and attempt the rhythm method, which requires monitoring your temperature, following your cycles and avoiding intercourse during particular times of the month.
It comes after Sue previously ruled out any possibility of baby number 23.
When a follower enquired whether they intended to have more youngsters, Sue emphatically stated: "Definitely not," reports the Mirror.
