The best part: It's ideal for bananas that have become very ripe and brown - those bananas that taste sweet but often don't look very appetizing anymore. You'll need two of these, peeled and mashed with a fork. Then add two eggs, and beat everything together with a mixer. Next, stir in the vanilla sugar, sugar, flour, oil, and baking powder until you have a smooth batter.
Then place the third banana, halved, on top of the batter and press it in gently. If you like, you can also sprinkle some nuts over the batter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) and bake the banana bread for about 50 minutes.
