The minister in the Nayab Singh Saini-led BJP government in Haryana further asked where the polling agents of the Congress party were when bogus votes were being cast.
Haryana Minister Anil Vij on Wednesday dismissed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's allegations of fraud in Haryana assembly elections, calling them "jhooth ka halwa (a sweet dish of lies)".
Speaking to reporters in Ambala, Vij took a swipe at Rahul, saying he should first tell the country how many bombs he has. "Rahul Gandhi should tell the country how many hydrogen, nuclear bombs he has. He throws empty bombs," Vij quipped in Hindi.

The minister in the Nayab Singh Saini-led BJP government in Haryana further asked where the polling agents of the Congress party were when bogus votes were being cast.
"Rahul Gandhi never mentioned how many of the polls he cited were actually cast. Where were their polling agents? What was his party doing? Rahul Gandhi is an expert in making 'jhooth ka halwa'," he added.
Anil Vij's remarks came after Rahul Gandhi accused the BJP of stealing Haryana assembly elections.
The Congress leader claimed that the exit polls had predicted a landslide victory for the Congress party but the results went in favour of the BJP. He shared CM Saini's video in which he purportedly said that the BJP would win the elections as they have made the "vyavastha" or arrangements.
According to Rahul, approximately 25 lakh votes were stolen in Haryana alone. "The exit polls showed Congress winning, but the final results tell a different story," he said, alleging that the issue was not confined to any one region. "In postal ballots, Congress was leading, but the official outcomes do not reflect that. I bring you this with 101 per cent truth."
Gandhi came out with several details about the electoral rolls, including a woman's photograph allegedly appearing on 22 different voter ID cards and a single individual registered with 500 voters at one address.
According to him, one in every eight voter IDs in Haryana is fake, with over 1.24 lakh voters carrying counterfeit photos. Moreover, he alleged instances where names and ages vary for the same individual across different lists, exacerbating concerns about roll integrity.
The Chief Electoral Officer of Haryana has said that he would soon issue a detailed statement on Rahul's allegations.
