Residents are being invited to have their say on how council services are funded and prioritised.
Cheshire West and Chester Council has launched its annual budget consultation, Fit for the Future, which is open to residents, businesses, and community organisations.
The scheme encourages the public to share their views on how the council should plan for the future, make the best use of public funds, and continue protecting essential services.
Councillor Louise Gittins, leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council, said: "This consultation is about listening carefully to what matters most to local people.
"We all rely on our local services, and we want to make sure they remain sustainable and strong for the future.
"Fit for the Future is your opportunity to share your views and help shape how we prioritise investment across west Cheshire."
The council spends nearly £1 billion each year on services such as social care, schools, waste collection, and roads.
It says rising costs and growing demand mean tough decisions are needed to ensure the long-term sustainability of these services.
Councillor Carol Gahan, cabinet member for legal and finance, said: "We want everyone who lives, works, or studies in west Cheshire to take part.
"The views gathered through this consultation will guide how the council plans its spending and ensures value for money in the years ahead."
The Fit for the Future consultation runs from Monday, October 20, until Sunday, November 30, 2025.
There are several ways to get involved and share your views.
