Harold Lloyd Thompson was born on Aug. 16, 1927, to Doc and Amelia (Goman) Thompson in Baraboo, WI. He was the youngest of nine children.
On Oct. 4, 1949, he married his forever sweetheart, Clarice Thompson, in Reedpoint, MT. They had 75 years together before he passed away on Oct. 24, 2024, at his daughter's home, surrounded by his family under the care of hospice.
To this marriage they had four children: Robert (Mona) Thompson, Lloyd (Bobbie) Thompson, Llonda Thompson, and Melodie (Allan) Johnson. He has 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sibling, daughter in law, Mona, and two great grandsons, Nicholas and Hunter.
