April will be an exciting time here in Wilmot: flowers beginning to emerge, warmer temperatures (we hope!), and a host of fun programs and events at the Wilmot Community Association's (WCA) Red Barn, 64 Village Road.
New to our weekly schedule is a Beginner-Friendly Mat Pilates Class. A low-impact fitness
class, done on a mat on the floor, Pilates is a full-body workout that improves strength, stability, and flexibility, with a focus on deep core work. Modifications will be available. Weekly classes include Julie's Hatha Yoga, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 8:15 AM; and Wednesdays and Fridays, 10 AM. This gentle hatha yoga practice is for beginners and beyond. For more information, including cost, please contact Julie, 603 848-6161.
