Mark Zuckerberg Buys Expensive Blink-182 Shirt - Alternative Nation

In one of the most unexpected moments, a Facebook Marketplace seller claimed to have been contacted by none other than Mark Zuckerberg, while trying to sell a vintage Blink-182 T-shirt as per bgvintagee.

As per the seller, the conversation started innocently enough. A buyer named "Mark" messaged them asking the most typical Marketplace question imaginable: "Does it fit true to size?" However, things got strange when the seller clicked on the buyer's profile. The shirt cost $150.

The account showed "Joined Facebook in 2004", the platform's founding year, a date only a handful of early employees share. The profile picture wasn't a face at all, but the very same Blink-182 shirt they were trying to sell.

After a moment of disbelief, the seller realized the truth that he wasn't negotiating with a random pop-punk fan but was talking to Mark Zuckerberg himself.

While Zuckerberg hasn't commented publicly, the story has quickly gone viral, with fans joking that even billionaires can't resist a good Marketplace find. Others noted the irony of the world's most famous tech CEO personally testing his own app to score a piece of early-2000s pop-punk nostalgia.

As one commenter put it: "Zuck out here haggling for a Blink tee makes him the most relatable he's ever been."
